THOUGHTS:
-I'm a sucker for supernatural shows and Bakemonogatari is all that and more. Hanekawa's dual personalities really fleshed out her character and I had fun being a cat for a day, even if a passing-by child thought I was supposed to be a rabbit!

CONSTRUCTION:
-The dress was made out of white muslin using New Look pattern #6244. It featured lace trim and red satin ribbon accents. In the anime she has a small slit in the bodice, but I left that out for modesty and I thought it would not translate well in real life.
-The ears were made from stiff felt, pink cotton, and white faux fur. The fur was hand-sewn on for a more natural look and then colored with grey and blue copics to better match the wig. They were then hand-sewn onto the wig.
-Wig was from Purple Plum
