THOUGHTS:
-In all my years of cosplaying I'd never made a Christmas themed cosplay so I decided to change that! I really enjoy Animal Crossing and think Isabelle's design is super cute, so I decided to design a Christmas themed outfit for her. The shape and style of the dress was based off of her Amiibo card design, but with a touch of red to the plaid and a little poinsettia on her bow. We lucked out that the hotel Christmas decor was still displayed at MagFest, which was perfect for festive photos!

CONSTRUCTION:
-Dress was made from red and green plaid cotton with white lace detailing. I appliqued the Animal Crossing logo on the chest and tied a forest green satin ribbon around the waist.
-The hairbow was made from matching plaid with a decorative glitter poinsettia attached. It attached to the wig with a hair clip.
-The ears were made of stuffed fleece and also clip to the wig.
-The tail was also made from stuffed fleece and was pinned to the dress with a safety pin.
-Shoes and stockings were purchased.
-Wig was re-used from my Ashley cosplay
