THOUGHTS:
Megumi is one of my favorite tragic anime villains and I love cosplaying as her. Her yellow dress is one of my favorite outfits that she wears throughout the series and it was so much fun to finally make it real.

CONSTRUCTION:
-The dress was made using New Look 6589. The base dress was made out of yellow cotton and the skull appliques were black satin heat-n-bonded on. I hand-sewed black sequins around the edges of the appliques to secure them and to add a bit more flair.
-The hair ribbons were made out of black double-faced satin ribbon attached to a hairclip
-The shoes are from Target. I'm personally not a fan of her orange boots, so I switched them out for some chunky black sandals.
