THOUGHTS:
-This costume was made as a surprise for Webyugioh who cosplays Takashi. The whole project started as a joke, but ended up being good experience making school uniforms.

CONSTRUCTION:
-Skirt was made from sage-green quilter's cotton.
-Shirt was made out of cotton [green] and stretch knit [white]. The buttons were false, it pulled over the head like a T-shirt. The bow was sewn on and made from black satin ribbon.
-Wig was from Arda wigs.
-Stockings and shoes were purchased
