THOUGHTS:
-I love the .colorful ocean-themed fashion of Splatoon. Since the player character outfits are so customizable, I decided to cosplay one of the NPCS for more consistency. I chose Annie's design for both cuteness and comfort.

CONSTRUCTION:
-dress made from green calico with a waist tie and zips up the back.
-pins made from fabric covered stiff felt
-jacket made from neon sweatshirt fleece with hand-painted jellyfish and lightning designs
-headphones were purchased and the cords removed
-leggings made from orange stretch fabric with hand painted squid designs
-Glasses were made by removing the lenses from a pair of sunglasses
-fish clip made from a sticker on foam with attached clip back
-star clip made from stuffed felt with hand-sewn beads and attached clip back
-Wig was from Arda Wigs
-Boots were purchased
