THOUGHTS:
-Lollipop Chainsaw was fun and colorful. At the time, Juliet's default cheerleader uniform was a bit too complex for me to make, so I settled on her maid uniform.

CONSTRUCTION:
-The whole outfit was made on a tight budget. I used black and red checkered cotton for the base garment and used every last scrap of white fabric I had from other projects to make the frilly trim. There are at least three different white fabrics used on this costume, probably more.
-Wig was from Arda wigs
-Stockings and shoes were purchased.
